Is it normal to have little dots under your eyes?

Iv been waking up with these little red dots around my eyes.?

• they look like the tiny dots you get from a hickey when it sarts to go away but there is one under my eyebrow and another just under my eye. i havnt changed anything to my daily routines or used any different types of soap and im not allergic to fabrics so what are they?

  Some people grow up with floaters, which are essentially harmless remnants of vitreous humor ( eye fluid to lubricate eyeballs) and are embryonic in origin. They should have been resolved when you were a baby but for some reason, your body retained them and you can see them now locked in your visual field. If you consult an ophthalmologist, these floaters can be readily visible in their powerful examination lamps. There is no recommended treatment unless the floaters are severe ( big and blocks vision). this usually involves invasive surgery to remove the dead tissue.
