How can i get rid of pimples... please help?

Drink lots of water, keep your face clean, continue washing it twice daily, avoid make up products, DON'T use harsh cleansers stick with mild ones for sensitive skin (even if you don't have sensitive skin, because these products avoid harsh chemicals), make sure you apply a good lotion onto your face to keep it healthy and moisturized so the pimples can be as healthy as possible so they can extract as soon as possible. Use a gentle exfoliator (like a rough sponge) after a warm shower. Splash cold water on your face after washing it to close the pores up. If you switch products it is just going to confuse your skin at this point, so even if your face washing isn't the best keep using it until your face clears up than switch. Switching now could possibly cause more pimples. Goodluck :)
