How do I get rid of acne all over my body naturally without buying any products?

  • I have acne all over my back, my chest, my face. I really just want them gone. I want them gone naturally. Im starting to drink water but its so hard to drink. I have tried home remedies that ive seen and heard like toothpaste on face and it seems like it hardly does anything, well, it kind of made my acne smaller and some disappeared, but its like, when one goes away, another one pops up. I work out too, does it cause acne breakouts? I do have a medication my dad bought for me but it does not work. Or i think it doesn't? I am 14 years old and acne is just annoying.

Make your own face mask and exfoliater. Here is an exfoliater: Mix 2 teaspoons of baking soda with a few drops of warm water. Massage the paste over your face and rinse with warm water over the sink. THIS STUFF REALLY HELPS! To get rid of acne and blackheads also do this: Stay hydrated! Don't touch your skin a lot. Wash your face every morning with soap and water. Don't pick at your zits, it will leave scars. Wash your pillow case often about once a week. At night, put toothpaste on your zit and leave it on the whole night. Wash it off in the morning.

try making scrubs I use honey and sugar and sometimes I add a bit of lemon or lime juice It always make my face really soft and smooth If it doesn't work message me I have lots of ideas I've struggled with acne for a long time now
