How do u get rid of hyper pigmentation (acne spots)?

  • i have acne spots and would like any tips on how to get rid of them , also is there anyway to reduce redness in my face.?

    Apply one tsp aloe vera juice/honey + turmeric powder on Ur face as a mask and keep it an hour and take bath daily.All other spots shall be vanished in a month or so.

You can try a cream with 10% AHA or a retinoid cream (has to be prescribed) Some people swear by aloe vera, emu oil, lemon juice etc but they never worked on me. They might on you. Really time is the best treatment - they WILL fade eventually. But you really need to control the acne before you tackle hyperpigmentation. If they are mild try a routine with 2.5% benzoyl peroxide. Otherwise speak to your doctor about stronger treatment.
