Reactionary rash on my face, how can I get rid of it?

How do I get rid of this red rash on my face?

• I got this rash yesterday so I used deep scrub face wash to try and get it out but that doesn't work. After that I tried some cream but it just burns really badly so I had to wash it out instantly. Also when I open my mouth it really hurts and it only stops hurting when I put water on it. It doesn't hurt as badly now as It did yesterday. Also I did get this rash last year in the exact same place, that went away after about 2 weeks but I don't want to have this rash on my face for another 2 weeks It looks really bad, and I think it is spreading onto my cheeks as well.

  Because its winter it could simply be dry skin thats abit sore which can itch /burn, my ex used to get it in the cold months, but he uses a face cream every day after morning and whenever needed throughout day and never gets it anymore try use nivea for men face cream or simple for men face cream
