How do I get rid of my spider veins on my legs without surgery?

I am 18 years old and a little over a year ago i started noticing that my leg was getting this spider vein right where it gets pressed when i cross my legs. I stopped crossing my legs but now I'm noticing that around it red little ones are starting to appear and i want to get rid of it
