What could a small bump on upper thigh crease be?

  • I just noticed i have a small (pea size) bump on the crease between my thigh and lower abs/groin area. It itches a little, and has a small black dot in the middle. the bump is firm, yet i can move it around a little bit. any ideas? treatments? I am a 30 yr old white male, of good health.

Probably a cyst. An ingrown hair or boil would be sore. I would suggest that you not try to pop them and show them to a doctor next time you go to see one. Or The lump sounds like it is a lymph gland ?? We have these all over our bodies. The become noticeable when they get larger due to stress, or an infection. These are our bodies defense mechanism. They may persists for months or go away. Generally once you feel one you will always be aware of it. There is nothing to worry about unless it starts to rapidly enlarge.

THATS EXACTLY WHAT I HAD i went to the doctor and she said its fine, we all have these just when your bodies feeling tired or we have trouble coping they start appearing on us. you dont need to do anything they just go away by themselves. go to the doctor incase too though

I had that same thing, mine was a spider bite!

sounds like some sort of insect sting or bee sting try squeezing it if its a wasp sting you need to get the stinger out as it could course blood poisoning or infection
