How do I get rid of stitches scar (on my face)?

• I had minor facial surgery. I had three or four stitches and they have been removed. Once it healed (didn't hurt or itch), there were "dent" lines where the stitches were. They are a bit red, but they are indented. They don't hurt. How can I get rid of the redness and even out the skin? Please and thank you
