How to cure back scars?

I scratched my back for a while because i felt dots and i did not know what it was so i just kept on scratching, then one day when I was wearing a tank top, my mom said that my back had scars on it that looked as if it were zits but as a scar mark and i am embarassed to wear tank tops because of my scars, can you please tell me a product that will heal the scars fast? thank you!
