How do you heal acne scars?

I have some acne but it is mostly all like redness and less of bumps and ive used acnefree scar treatment but it dosent seem to be working does anyone have any better ideas? or solutions

What you're describing isn't acne scars... it's either actual acne, probably below the skin rather than on the surface, or some other skin irritation. If that's the case, you need to treat the acne or irritation, not use products designed to fade scars (which is probably only making it worse).
