How do you get rid of bacne in less than a month?

BACNE HELLLP!!??!!????!!?

I've noticed this past month that the acne on my back has gotten bad and prom is coming up, so I want to have a clear back so when I wear my dress it'll look nice anI won't have bacne!! So what can I do t get rid of it fast?! I can't really buy any expensive products.. but please tell me what you reccomend! Any remedies or anything you've tried and you got positive results please let me know!! Thanks a bunch!
