Ingrown toenail treatment HELP?

How to treat a very sore toenail?? Please please help!! 5 points best answer!!?

Hi, Ok my big toe was injured a couple of weeks back and was bruised, however was on its way to recovery! Then this weekend i went out and someone in the club stepped on my big toe!! It was so painful when it happened, but i kind of forgot about it until i took my shoes off. It was all red and swollen!! So so so sore! i could barely sleep that night as it was hurting me so bad. The next morning, i woke up with a extremely sore toe, still very red and swollen. i can barely touch it or put any pressure on it when walking. It also looks like the nail on top is starting to fall off!!!! It is also looking quite bruised around the cuticle area. My nail has also started to turn a slightly yellow colour. What is the best treatment for an infected, swollen and VERY sore toenail??? Please help!!! I am in pain !! :((((((((((((( P.S. I do or did not have an ingrown toenail

wear large roomy shoes with toe protection. stay away from people who step on your toes.
