What vitamins will help my skin discoloration?

Yellowish discoloration of skin on the palm ..Need help...?

Me and my fren from Malaysia. We just went to India for MBBS. For the pass few years, she take coffee and some organic biscuits everyday for almost her everymeal until now. After 2-3 weeks in India, i noticed that her hand on the palm has yellowish discoloration of skin. She went for blood test and everything is normal except for low WBC. Most of the doctors here in Manipal,India do not know the reason for it. She is not alcoholic and very normal and healthy. For sure is not jaundice, and i dont think is hypothyroidism. can anyone pls help..... thx a lot for ur reply

Believe it or not, I read recently that a yellow or orange palm could result from having hypothyroidism. I have an underactive thyroid and my fingers are starting to get a yellow and orange color.
