URGENT HELP! How can I get rid of a "to be" pimple scar??!?

OMG so about a week and a half ago I had a HUGE... like i mean GIANITC zit on my nose and i popped it by accident! It was fine and it was getting smalelr nad healing. Right now it's totally flat but it's still purple and you can still see it! It's more like a scar / healing pimple but I need to get rid of it! It looks like I hav ea mole from far away :( And I have a presentation tomorrow so PLEASE help! I've tried the toothpaste method and bought ance cream and everything! Is there a way to prevent an ance scar? PLEASE help! :'(
