How do i get rid of spots?

• hi my name is sophie and im 12, i find highschool hard, i get called lots of names such as spotty and ugly( i know its childish but it makes me upset) there are lots of pretty girls at school that are prettier than me and they make fun of me. Some times i get bullied so much i turn to self harming, but it dose not really express the pain i go through with the bullying. i have auburn hair which looks ginger sometimes and sometimes blonde, but i get bullied for my hair colour because people think it is ginger and i know it is not because ive been to many hairdressers that tell me my hair is auburn. right, i really should get to the point, i have spots all over my face and black heads on my nose and my cheeks, i have more spots on my forehead than anywhere else. i try many ways to get rid of them but i figured that i can't use any thing purfumy or anything that will make my skin greesey/oily. i am eating more sweets and i don't want to eat too much sugary foods because i know this can lead to diabetes and other things, i take eating sweets as comfort foods and because i get bored but this is a habit and i can't stop! please help me. i want you to give me an answer that will tell me things what i can do to prevent spots and to help me cut down on sugary things. please don't tell me to buy anything because i wont, i have tried many products but none of them work. please don't be mean because if it was you asking this question you would want a reasonable answer without being mean in anyway. tell me what i could do to prevent spots,keep them away and to help me feel more attractive and stuff. give me a good answer please you don't know how much this means to me. thankyou for reading this and answering if you can.
