Why do I get nauseous so easily and how do I prevent it?

Why do people get fungus on their nails,and how do you prevent it?

• well my dad wants to know because he has some in his feet, he's had it for a while but he never knew why he got it. Now we whent to the gym the other day and some fit guy was their but he had fungus and his hand nails. My dad also has freinds that go to the gym and have fungus on their hand nails? he is afraid of getting it in his hands, so how do people get fungus? and how can you prevent it?

  Fungus likes moist places. It is best to be clean and dry and use clean and dry towels, linens, clothing, etc. If you are showering in a community/gym shower, you should wear sandles/flip flops in the shower.
