What can heal scars on your face?

I have acne scars on my face. And i was wondering if there are things that i can due to help heal them?

  • i dont have the deep scars or holes in my face i i just have the red marks but i hate the way they look and Right now im using Retin-a Micro from the dermatologist. its working, but i wanted to know what other things i can do to help heal them faster like eating certain vegetables or exercising more or mayb even shaving more often? somthing?!? basically is there stuff i can do to help promote skin growth?? thanks

    Try 100% cocoa butter sticks from Palmer's or Cocoa Care. It will be in a concentrated form and is very good for your skin. Leave it in the fridge to keep from melting, and rub the stick in the areas you need help in.

Use the T-Zone Clear Up Spot Dots. They are just small round clear dots and you can get these in Home Bargains or maybe in Wilkinson's (if there is one near you). You simply apply the patches before bed and overnight the stuff in them works on your spots or marks or whatever. It will reduce the size of it.
