Why do your eyes get red when you're tired?

When I get tired my eyes get dry?

• I get really dry eyes and start acting like im high. Is this normal? The doctor said it was just because I didn't sleep when I had depression so my body is making up for it. Idk if the dry eyes is normal though. they get really dry and I get really intoxicated. For your entertainment I will tell some things i've said while tired. "Only plummers know what plummers cracks are" "Plummers can go wear jumpsuits in hell" well I dont remember much else but im really worried cuz I think I could be rapped in this tired state cuz my boyfreind took it apon himself to do unspeakable things to my bellybutton and I didn't even know.   Get yourself on a more regular sleep schedule and buy a small bottle of tears for dry eyes. I think you have dry eyes regularly and don't know it and it gets worse when tired. Also, sound a bit like you're burning the candle at both ends.
