How to get moles removed without paying at the dermatologist (KAISER)?

• Ok so i have TONS of moles everywhere, big small mostly on my face but yeah and there black. dark... and i want to get rid of them for free but my mom says that if i go to the hospitol then they will charge me. And that it will leave a nasty scar on my face. And my mom isnt going to pay money for it to get removed. Do I tell the dermatologist it itches or whatever? or do you think i can ask them to remove some and check for possible cancercells in them and get it removed for free for that way. IDK i can probably only get a few removed.. sooo what do i do? i have kaiser btw. and how much does it cost to send the mole to the lab. because theres always a fee for that...

  You should see a dermatologist. He/she would give your whole body a look and only remove the moles that bother you or that look dysplastic meaning having an unusual character to them and could possibly be pre-cancerous. Having insurance is a bonus. If you have moles that are suspicious it is best to get rid of them before they change. Some scarring may occur but it depends on where they are and how they are removed. A good dermatologist would be able to tell you about the likelihood of scarring and procedure to remove the mole before doing it. Best of luck. Sorry, I don't know the current prices for biopsies but again it would depend on how many and where they are sent off to. Your insurance should cover removal if for medical reasons.
