How do I tighten my elbow skin?

So when I was younger I used to pull on my elbow skin and it's all stretched out. How do I tighten it up? Please help me with this, I'm super insecure about it. I can't wear any short sleeve shirts because of this insecurity. PLEASE HELP!

stretched skin is not something easily cured, especially around the elbow region. i imagine that working out and losing some weight may help, and strengthening/toning your arms would certainly help as well. but i would consult a physical trainer for their input. may not be an easy solution though.
