Virtual HS problems please help?

Heat Rash from Tanning?? Dear GOD PLEASE HELP!?

• I tan easily...but for special occasions I like to tan to look a little human lol but for the past few years I've had a few problems and hopefully someone can help me fix them..or make them less preventable!! My freshman yr of hs I tanned for prom and broke out after about a week of tanning...the owners were horrible at maintenance so we figured someone was using a hot lotion and it was getting baked on the bed.. so i got a spray tanned...which rubbed of on my boyfriends white shirt... Soph yr..I try tanning again..and this time it breaks out like crazy... I had a heatrash on my but cheeks..the bottom half...my back...my chest...my legs...my arms..it kinda looked like hives...so thankfully I was able to handle it two more tans and i was decently dark.. my jr year...I couldn't tan at all ... the new tanning place that had came to my hometown had HORRIBLE air circulation causing me to breakout on my very first few times of tanning there...it just didn't break out as bad ...sad to say I was WHITE that year for prom.. My senior year somehow I managed to get a good tan...but I still broke out in a heat rash towards the very end...and this was a new place...brandnew bed... SO I'm basically asking if there is anyway to prevent this heat rash from happening or if I am cursed FOREVER..which sucks...cause girls always talk about how they love to tan because they can lay there and relax...but I go crazy itching and burning..sometimes.. : ( SO what do I need to do??? Maybe try a more expensive-er place...with the 10 min bed and the watt that is sky high??? PLEASE help.. I HATE this! Thanks so much for reading about my horrible problems!!

  Tanning in this manner is just as dangerous as tanning by the sun. Your going to end up with skin cancer or worse. If I were you I'd stop now. Your body is already telling you something. If your breaking out then it's because something isn't right, your body is fighting back.
