How do you get rid of scabs?

How do you get rid of the scabs you get from chicken pox?? *please help*?

  • ok well as of this moment i am getting over chicken pox and i have scabs all over me. i am mainly concerned about the ones on my face and i would like to know if there is any possible way to rid myself of them soon. is there like a creme or medicine?? please i beg of you help me!
