Sunbed Burns Help Advice Needed?

On Wednesday I went on the sunbed for 5 minutes and yesterday I upped it to 9 minutes. I was fine until I had a cold shower. Now I am red raw!! Its my birthday bash tomorrow and so many people are coming. Its only spring and here's me looking like a tomato. If it doesn't die down im going to have to call my birthday bash off. But today I want to give myself the chance to take the redness out of it. Can someone please advise?

Oh my gosh, sunbeds are not good.. But since you've already been on one.. Lots of moisturiser I guess.. Or clalmine lotion or after sun

Did u use a cream or anything in it? If did it should die down quick enough using plenty moisturizer will help Learn from this :-)
