What Can I Do To Make The Cold go away?

What are some causes of my itchy face? Can I make it go away? please answer!?

Okay, my face generally has moderate acne. Lately my face has been very very itchy, and there's little red bumps that look like acne, but I know it's not, because when I scratch it they turn red and it feels like more bumps come up. It itches 24/7 I have an acne treatment thingy I do like every day, and I have been using the same products for the past couple of months, so that couldn't be it. I don't wear much makeup, only mascara but I have been using the same mascara for the past couple of weeks, and I didn't use it today when a lot of the bumps came up. Is it an allergic reaction to the weather? The weather has been fluctuating from cold to warm. IDK what to do, I don't want to go to school tomorrow because it looks hideous! And my mom is like w/e! :'( Can I make it go away?

well, your face may be irritated due to the weather, it could be drying out because of the change, as for the bumps coming up when you itch it...i don't know..
