What is good for skin tightening?

Tightening up lose skin (not hanging)?

  • Alright, so here I am, 77 pounds lighter, and most of this was sitting on my butt/hips/lower stomach. This is due to the fact that I'm the opposite of apply shaped (I'm not english native, so I dont know the name). I'm 19 and I'm a guy. I got 2 questions. First, what should I do to tighten up my lose skin. I mean its not like its hanging directly, but it is lose. I need advice especially for the butt and below. Again its not something I believe is fixable ONLY through surgery, as its not really hanging, its just lose, so this suggestion isn't helpful. Second, can someone explain to me in scientific way, why training helps? Like when I lost weight, I had to make a excel spreadsheet and count kcal to actually do it, cause it was the only way to know for sure that it would work. I need to understand why/how something works in order to dedicate myself to it. To my knowledge the only logical explanation for this is that you train your mucles, so they grow and fill out the lose skin. This isn't really tightening the skin in my mindl, its more like just filling the gap with something else, and thats not a fix when when go below the belt.

    Way to go on the weight loss!!!!!!!You must be very proud of yourself.I dont know how long ago you lost this but your skin will tighten up a lot as time goes on.Imagine pregnant women who become huge in the belly and then give birth.Our stomachs do go back to almost normal but it is a 6-9 months process.So relax and enjoy your new slimmer self and eventually your skin will catch up to the rest of you.Excercise is a very healthy way to maintain your weight.As you build muscle it will help tighten the skin on top of the muscle as well.It does tighten it not just fill in the gaps.Fat fills in the gaps and excercise tones and strengthens the surrounding area.Good Luck.
