What can help my runny nose go away?

This bump by my freaking nose ring wont GO AWAY!!HELP ME!!?

• OK!...so i got my nose peirced in January...and i mde sure i cleaned it alot...but it got yanked out of my nose 3 times...and started to see a bump form then it started bleeding then getting red...and it STAYS THERE! So i went to my peircer and and showed him and he told me to use so type of tree oil he said drop some of that like 5 times a day for a week and it will go away..SO I DID!...STILL THERE!...So i realized that wasnt working this bump was terrible and noticible so i ended reading about Sea Salt i realized i got some from the peircer so i got a Q-tip and sprayed some and kept wiping the bump...it became mushy and it wiped some of it off then it was a red bump left...Then it begun to grow back..It keeps coming back no matter what! My peircer said not to change the jewelry until it goes away...Im so ANGRY i wanted this nose ring for so long and now i just might take out because of this imbarrasing bump! So if you can tell me any information Please do it A.S.A.P that would help me alot! :) Thankyou.....and if you don't have any info please dont waste time typing nonsence thankyou.

  My friend has the same problem. Just keep on putting sea salt on and also keep in the same nose ring (should be real silver or gold) gold is better...the bump will go away after awhile
