It started out with this cystic acne?

I have horrible acne that i started getting in the FOURTH GRADE!! How do i get rid of it!?

  • Im looking for some natural ways or other creams to get rid of my acne. I hav had it since the 4th grade and i am now in 8th grade and i hav been putting on nutrogena, and ive been putting on a cream called fougera in the morning. Also, Ive been taking pills, twice a day, that my doctor gave me. Its been about 5 years thats why Im so worried about it. Please answer thoroughly and as best as u can. I will greatly appreciate it!

I am currently struggling to see a dermatologist for my mild acne. If your doctor is not aderm. i would reccommend getting to one, they can be heaven sent. Also i found if i stop all things for a week (just wash with warm water and mild mild mild soap) give or take a day it alows my acne to heal and actually look better. i think meds. are really harsh and that is why sometimes we get it so bad. Also go easy when you do wash, dont try to take off your first layer of skin! find out what type of skin you have, oily dry or combo. there are alot of products that are specific for skin type. things like keep hair out of your face (this is sooo hard for me i want my bangs to cover my acne) change pillow cases often dont touch too much and cool water to finish washing your face with will help. sorry may not help ya but i did tell what i know

Wash your face with warm water and soap. Gently wash your face. It will make the acne go away, within a matter of days. Also you wont be wasting your money on creams that don't work. I would NOT recommend Proactive because if you stop using it, even for a say, you will have a very bad break out the next morning
