How can I get rid of (or at least reduce the occurrence of) cold induced hives?
-
I get hives, as well as swollen hands, when my skin gets cold. I can't even hold a cool drink without my hands swelling and getting red. Is there a way I can at least reduce the intensity of the hives? They go away on their own after about fifteen to twenty minutes if I leave them alone, but it feels like fifteen hours -_- How can I make them go away faster? Would eating honey everyday help since it boosts your immune system?

Answer:
Regularly taking Zyrtec may be able to prevent them or reduce the intensity and duration.
