What are these red bumps on my thigh?

4 red bumps on inner thigh?

• I have 4 red bumps on my upper inner thigh. I don't know what I have. They have been there for a few months now( maybe 4-6 months) and have not itched or burned for those few months. They've just been there. And now today one of them has swollen up a little and hurts now, the kind of pain you have when you press down on a pimple that you get on your inner thigh or when you have a pimple on your inner thigh and it rubs against clothes or skin. I don't think it's a pimple because they are light red, kind of pinkish. But the one that's a bit swollen is bright red. Can anyone help?

  Skin irritation.Try putting tea tree oil on it.That helped me
