What are these red bumps on my thigh?

Do any of you get raised red bumps around the crease between your buttox & thigh?

• I get red raised bumps around my pantyline on the back of my thigh/butt. They don't itch, but they're a little sore all the time. Some of them are very small, others are kinda big and sometimes have little white heads on them. It's not like I'm dirty or anything! I wash down there all the time, shower regularly, use organic unscented detergent, and I never shave there, so I know it's not razor burn. Do you know what this is or how I could get rid of it? Should I switch to wearing boyshorts & thongs, maybe the elastic in my underwear irritates it? I've tried neosporin, doesn't really work. I put witch hazel on it for the first time last night, and it kind of helped, but at the end of the day it was back to the same. PLEASE tell me how I can get rid of this, it's so unattractive for bathing suit season.
