How do I get rid of a bug bite?

How do I get rid of what I think is a bug bite on my face?

• I have this large bump on my face, it's not really up raised, but I cant feel it. It definitely goes pretty deep. I don't think that it is a cystic zit, because i've had it for quite a while now, and besides it's not like the cysts I have had before. It's pretty red, and usually when I get an under grounder zit, It's usually skin color. This thing is like PURPLE. Almost like a bruised knot. I'm just so tired of it. I tried squeezing it last night, just because I'm SO tired of not touching it, and it not healing on it's own. I've tried hot compress, BP cream, Salicylic Acid, Tea Tree, blah blah blah. My skin is generally clear, but when I DO break out, it leaves scars. HOW DO I GET RID OF THIS THING? Haha. Thank you if you can answer!! :)

  Visine will take the red away.If you put a bit of ice on it that may take the swelling down.If you want you can take a pic and txt it to me so I can see it.
