How to get rid of a purple spot on the bottom lip?

I Hurt my bottom lip a while back that caused a bump on my lip, and as the bump was gettin smaller i strarted noticing a little purple spot under the bump. I dont knoe what it is :l and im kinda scared that its something serious plzz help me!1 how do i get rid of that little purple spot and it doesnt hurt or anything its just there! is it becuase of the swollen lip n the bump or something else?
