(Doctors Only) How do i treat labial hematoma at home?

Ok i have this huge thing that is called Labial Hematoma. i know it is because i had it before. i want to know if im treating myself right obviously i can't find my hospital treatment paper from 10 months ago. so i want to know if im doing this right. what i did is do a sitz bath for 20 minutes with warm water and Epson salt 3 times a day. ok this come to the part that i am confused does the heat pack make the hematoma go away faster? and the cold pack just help stop the swelling? because i did both, please help me know one knows about this. well only my boyfriend because he the one who caused it when we did it. but i don't want my mom to find out i have and again then she will find out that i am having sex and i don't want that please help me. and i know this will go away in a week or 2 but please help.
