How can I get rid of pimples?

How can i get rid of my Acne/facial pimples.?

  • I have ALOT of acne / facial pimples and it reallly bothers me alot. Heres the thing, ive heard if you don't exercise alot you can get acne/pimples is this true? also if your constipated does that also cause acne? or any other help to get rid of my acne it really sucks... Thanks!

    I had this exact problem, even on my back and on my chest =S Ok those two rumors you heard are false and i believe if you do sports you inclined to sweat so that causes acne! I went to my local Chemist and she gave me some tablets and some cream and it really works =) There still some left but this worked really well! And i feel you're pain!

if you eat right and drink lots of water and excersis that helps a lot. make sure to wash your face....and see a dermatologist
