What exactly does an IT Specialist do?

What do you do when your skin specialist doesnt know what to do?

• What do you do when you go to your skin specialist looking for the RIGHT treatments and just for them to tell you that he doesn't know what to do or how to help you. So i went to see a skin specialist yesterday for some treatments for my bad bad red dry face, paid $150 just for him to say "use this cream i don't know if it will work but what other options do you have" him saying that to me is practically an order rather than a suggestion. and then he says IF that doesn't work theres laser which is going to cost me about $800-$900 for ONE session and the results are unpredictable and its a 50/50 chance of getting better or worse other than that he says he just simply don't know. The thing that pissess me of the most is that i paid $150 for a cream that my GP has prescribed me about 2wks ago but was jst scared to use it becasue of the side effects but now like he said what other options do i have right. I mean i live in Australia and not America where i could have had a chance to maybe go see Dr. Gaspari for some ACTUAL TREATMENTS. so what should i do? the only thing i can think of is to go shoot that dumb as f**k of a skin specialist
