How can i get rid of a dry scalp?

I don't have dandruff just a dry scalp. I wash my hair every other day and condition, but i still have a dry scalp. I have tried the dandruff shampoos and they didnt' work so if anyone knows of any home remedies or any other solutions please let me know.
