How do you keep a pillow cool?

Why do i keep finding blood spots on my pillow?

  • When I wake up, I keep finding these little spots of blood on my pillows...they are on all of my pillow cases now..I can't seem to find where they are coming from...this has been going on for a couple weeks now...

    You probably have bed bugs in either the pillow or the mattress.

any chance you could have head lice, that will happen when they bite the scalp.

I think it´s your scalp.. I had the same thing when I had some sort of infection/mold on my scalp. just use the right shampoo and it goes away.
