How do you get rid of acne red spots REALLY fast?

  • Soo i noticed i had a few blackheads (they were really bad) and i had to pop them...(im a pimple popper) lately ive been really good about picking my face but i been having break outs from stress :(. i use protactive but i find it doesnt work nearly as fast as id like it to.. i just so happened to pop some pimples and my face is RED. I'd like to know 1) when will it go away 2) how to make it go away faster 3) how to prevent future acne so far i change my pillow cases frequently i wash my face twice a day i try to avoid touching my face i drink a lot of water i dont wear makeup, when i do, i make sure its ALL off. but for some reason :( i always end up having these break outs, and when i do they are bad...i get really embarrassed and really self conscious about them/it. so please if you have any tips can you let me know? (i have been stressing a lot also)

    I have had acne since i was 11 and now i am 17, nothing has ever worked for my skin, so i don't bother using anything anymore. My GP once said it should go away when your around 19 so i am just waiting.
