What is bad for skin and whats good?

  • i have a bad skin reaction and i want to know what stuff that could might cause problems towards sensitive skin. the stuff that might be bad that i know is -detergent, soap the stuff that i know is good for skin is -water, fruit, and vegetables so please list some stuff that is bad or good for skin. does weather take effect on skin, if so what weather is harmful PS help me if you can with this skin problems; i have a red or pink brown spots that is all over my upper body neck, arm, stomach, lower back had it for 6 years, my family doctor doesn't really know what it might be. its not raised its flat red or pink to brown color, dry in some days, pin poking itch, spread, discolored from my skin, when i get hot or overheat when moving to much my patches get a little darker. when i shower it gets dry if i don't put moisturizer. if you know what this condition is please tell me how to treat it...thanks
