Cartilage piercing infection?

How do I get rid of this cartilage ear piercing infection?!?

• A little while ago, my cartilage ear piercing became infected. Most of it went away after I took care of it, but a small part around the hole is still swollen! Even though it has been several months! I thought that it would eventually go away, but it hasn't. It doesn't hurt or anything, but when ever I take my earring out to clean it, the whole upper part of my ear turns red and it gets a little hot. How do I completely heal my ear? I don't want to have to see the doctor, I think that it would be silly, because it isn't serious, but it won't go away. I might end up having to though. Please send help so that I won't have to see the doctor! (I don't like them)

  Don't take it out, warm water with salt dissolved in it as cleaner and this will disinfect it too, rotate if possible ever time u clean it. Worksfor me plus any proper piercing studio will tell u it takes 6 - 12 months to fully heal that type of piercing
