Why do I have these weird red bumps on my legs?

What are these red bumps on my legs?

i have 4 bumps on my legs. they are about the size of a nickle. and they are red and it hurts when i touch them. plus theres a lump where these red things are. i have one on the back of my right knee. i have one on the right side of my right knee and one just an inch below it. and i have another one on the left side of my left knee. at first i thought that they were bug bites but i got all 4 of them on one day. because when i shaved my legs the other day they wernt there and yesterday when i was putting lotion on my legs they were there. so i dont know. its kinda weird to get 4 bumps 2 of them next to each other and one on each knee in the same spot. please help.

maybe the lotion irritated shaving bumps? i don't know.. get it checked out if you're really concerned or if they worsen.
