Pimples? how can i get rid of pimples?

How can I get rid of 2 dozen pimples?

• I have rather worsening acne. How do I stop this? People mock me, and, although my face is not covered, the pimples I do have are rather... disgusting? As they all are. BUT. I learned that popping them does not help. Pop one, 3 more will appear the next day, no matter what you do. And even if it doesn't, there will be a nasty scab/scar in it's place, which is just as bad. So what on earth do I do? Of course, I use to take "scottish" showers. I would start out with a warm rinse, and end, freezing cold. Then I would go about with shaving, etc. I stopped with the cold showers, and now my acne is worse. What do I do to get rid of the acne I have now? Advice?

  There are many factors that may affect you: -Food -Clogged Pores -Hormones Food you eat may affect you: junk food or greasy food may cause you to break out. I heard people breakout sometimes from dairy products maybe you could try that. Sometime if our face isn't properly washed you leaves your pores clogged from oils, dirt etc.. So get a good cleanser. Wash your face more often. Perhaps ones that also have exfoliant. You can also get prescription cream to reduce acne, just go see your doctor. Sometimes is just plain hormones, and you get them. Once your body starts to regulate your hormones you'll get less. What helps me sometimes is swimming the chlorine in the water makes my face dry but it sometimes clears up my skin, since I have oily face and kill bactreria?
