How can i get rid of a rash on my face?

• i was walking outside and then i had a bump on my face and i thought it was a bug bite since i was outside but then it started to itch and then my eyes became swollen also soon only one eye was swollen and the itching stopped but the next day the swelling was completely gone but i have this rash on my face like my nose and forehead and on top of my lip and i cant figure out what it is i took benadryl but it still wont go away and its been about 2 days now i am just wondering if it is a bug bite or something else and what can i do to make it go away also i have been using a different facial wash and body lotion

  You could be having a reaction to your new face wash or lotion. Maybe try not using them for a couple of days. For your rash wipe your face down with vinegar. Do it at night because it will turn your face bright red, but the vinegar will help kill any allergens on your face and clear up the rash. Make sure what ever lotions your using on your face are fragrance free.
