Sun stroke how long can it last?

Help for heat/sun stroke? I have been getting one or both from being in the sun for short?

Last summer it happened alot and i was hoping it would just go away this year. sometimes the sun when it hits my skin feels like it is getting a prickly burn. i want any suggestions for what might be the cause and any solutions that might help. commercial sunscreens like coopertone irritate my skin so alternatives for those too

What you're describing sounds like it may be sun poisoning, which is a sort of blotchy red rash that itches. I've gotten it a few times--best way to cure it is stay out of the sun for a few days, best way to avoid it is try to avoid direct sunlight. Sometimes sunscreen can help...you might be able to find some stuff that doesn't irritate your skin at a health store or something?
