What are the light brown spots on my chest?

I have spots on my chest and cant figure out what they are?

• I had three small (3 mm) dark spots on my chest about three months ago. recently i went tanning at a cheap place and got blisters and scabs where the spots are, now the spots are very light and have multiplied greatly. i have several small spots (about 30) and a few huge spots (about an inch in diameter) i noticed that they have been growing bigger, but at a slow pace. they are in between my breasts, a little bit lower and a little bit higher. they are very obvious when i wear low cut shirts and ive noticed that my skin in between my breasts have been lighting up, just not in a pattern such as the spots. does anyone know what this could possibly be or how to cure it? sorry i cant have any pictures up right now, i misplaced my camera.

  A friend of mine has spots like this on her chest. They come out when she tans because those particular skin cells do not create melanin (which gives you that dark color). I am not aware of whether or not she ever had scabs or blisters. It could be harmless or it could be something more serious like melanoma or a skin fungus. Go to your Doctor. If you don't have insurance most cities have free clinics. All Doctor's Offices do payment plans. Just go get checked out, better safe then sorry.
