How to cope with really bad skin?

ACNE!! HELP!!? Sensitive Skin!!! Help!?

  • I'm 13 and have not started my period. I have had acne since I was 11. I'm in 7th grade and my acne seems to get worst as I get older. I live in Cope, colorado and it has something to do with the water because every time I stay with my Four older siblings in greely for the summer my acne gets better but all I do is wash it with soap. I have really sensitive skin and I've tried skin id and other things like that. I use mask and even perscrictions. And all I do now is wash my face with soap and water. So what I'm asking is there in thing for some one with really sensitive skin because I'm really sick of this I have acne on my back! PLEASE HELP!!!!!

    the best thing for it is the sun. just go outside and sit in the sun or swim in the summer. always try to get sunscreens that say on the bottle non-comedo genic. in the winter since you cant get in the sun go to the tanning bed or on vacations or something. but always keep your back clean!!! good luck and hopefully the sun will clear your acne right up, but in the winter stay away from open backed shirts until your back is cleared up. ps there is nothing different with the water in the summer.
