What are these itchy painful bumps on my hands?

• For the past few months I have had small flesh colored, slightly pink or almost clear bumps around both wrists, up to my thumbs and even sometimes in my palms. They have phases throughout the day where they get incredibly itchy and flare up, sometimes turning into yellow or even slightly green blisters and pussing. They are very tiny, and no one has noticed them apart from me scratching like a madman at them. I notice that they tend to get worse when I get nervous, anxious or stressed. As of late, most of my body has started to get itchy all the time and I'm starting to notice bumps... but they don't seem to match any research I have done on skin conditions or allergies. The bumps on my body look more like a slight case of hives or a bad case of mosquito bites... not like the gross pussing hand blisters. I have ruled out bug bites, changed my sheets numerous times, changed my soaps and cleaners, detergents, lotions... etc. I have tried allergy medications, moisturizers, cortizone creams, steroid creams... mostly everything I could get OTC. I do not have insurance, or I would be asking a dermatologist. Any ideas?

  There are certain STD's that cause this. An inexpensive round of anti-biotics will cure it. But you MUST see a dr or a rn. This is actually serious.
