Answer:
The cause for pimples are many and not only adolescence as popularly believed. Chronic constipation is one major cause, the food we eat plays a very important role. You will have to cut down the fried food, chocolates, cheese and aerated drinks. Eat a lot of fresh fruits and green vegetables with a lot of water. Instead of washing the face with soap, use orange peel powder. Dry Orange peels in the shade for 4-5 days. Powder finely and store. Wash your face with this 2-3 times a day. It clears the face and feels very refreshing. more tips http://acnecaretipz.blogspot.com

Actually, a lukewarm (not HOT) shower will draw the heat out of a sunburn and make it feel better (I actually have a severe sunburn right now and was recommended by a doctor to take lukewarm showers every morning and night, letting the water air dry on my sunburn, and then apply aloe. It helps a lot). However, nothing (NOTHING) will fade the red, because the red is your skin healing itself after a sunburn: a sunburn is more than just the redness, it is damage underneath your skin. More advice: run a luke warm or tepid bath, brew 4 cups of peppermint and/or chamomile tea, and pour the tea into the bath. Soak for 5-10 minutes and air dry afterwards. It takes the sting out of your sunburn. Then put on aloe and/or non-scented lotion.

DON'T have a hot shower, it's like when you burn your finger on a stove would you run it under hot water? Aloe vera gel works very well so apply that as soon as possible, i find applying a moisturizing lotion a few times a day will stop it from flaking which is worse, try and avoid going into the sun because that will just make it worse. If you can just relax in a cool dark room. :)

I've never heard of a hot shower and it sounds like a horrible idea to me. Your skin is already burned and obviously dried out, hot water only seems like it would make it worse - and hurt a lot! After sun lotion should help but it still takes at least a few days to fade for most people. Aloe gel is what I use when I get burned, it feels really good and helps give back moisture quickly.

There are a few ways to get rid of sunburn faster, but taking a hot shower is not one of them. A cool bath is better than a hot one, since your skin is swollen and hot will not help with swelling. Aloe is good as well as Milk. Check out this site www.homesunburnremedies.com

try aloe...put it in fridge. Otherwise, if you have to go out. Clean & Clear sells a compact called shine control...which is has a blueish tint to it which minimizes redness. You can try that.

I use aloe on my sunburns and they're gone in like 2 days.
