I have small, red, itchy bumps on my arms? Help.

I have these small red bumps that are on my upper arms and i need some help...i've tried different soaps so...

it's probably eczema. if it's itchy, then it most likely is eczema. try buying cream that says it cures eczema on the package. make sure you use a mild, unscented soap, and use warm water when washing that area. it could mean you have sensitive skin, and so it's best to be gentle.
