How can i help prevent pimples?

Any tips on how to Prevent/help pimples?

  • Hi, im 14. i have acne. It realy bothers me and its embarrasing to talk about. Im on Ethromycin stearate for them prescribed by the doctor and i put on Avene pimple creme whenevr i can...but what are some other things i can do to help them or prevent them or watever? Im very self concious of them and wen i talk i think people are looking straight at them and thinking "ew shes got pimples". i dunno wat to doo..

    they have this pimple cream i forget what its called ,but if you cant find it my older sister uses tooth paste if it burn its working if it doesn't then its just a bump but. Also you half to poke it with a needle it will open will up a little this what i recommend.

Ok, what has worked for me is putting toothpaste all around the affected areas. its weird but the toothpaste that works is crest total care night time. Its dark blue. Its the only thing that helps! it helped clear things up about 60%, from really bad to cover up does the job.

1. Drink loads of water 2. Wash your face as much as you can 3. and most importantly NEVER touch your pimples they will increase if you touch them or try to peel them off!!!!!!!!!!
